May 2010 - Off to a Great Start
Everyone enjoying the first two weeks at the Caledon Equestrian Park.

Kendall and O'Reilly, Claire and Genuine, Claire and Jovalle and Vanessa and Hip Hop have all also been doing very well at the first two weeks of showing at the Caledon Equestrian Park but our resident photographer, Sherri, missed them!

Hannah Minnie has purchased Cinderella Man who she will work towards showing in the Large Pony Hunters in a year or two.
As the horse show season is well underway in Ontario we are very pleased with the excellent results that our riders have had so far...

Those were our top 3 results however everyone had a great show with many ribbons including Deja Vu and Olivia starting in the Large Pony Hunters with excellent results and Echo and Nicole in the Short Stirrup Hunters with lots of improvement since last season!

M&M had a very successful first horse show with Vimy finishing Reserve Champion out of 25+ entries in the 2'3" hunters
Sarah and her new pony Short Cut enjoyed their first horse show together finishing with ribbons over fences and under saddle.
Congratulations to everyone on a successful start to 2010! Most Henderson Farm riders have been out embracing the winter weather at some local schooling days and schooling shows. Everyone has done very well including Cracker Jack and his new rider Stephanie Pezzutto-Levac who finished Reserve Champion at their first horse show!
Olivia Henderson and Deja Vu and Vanessa French and Hip Hop both started the year with a Reserve Championship.
Short Cut proved he had enjoyed the winter finishing Champion at his first horse show of the year.
January 2010 - Happy New Years and Good Luck to all in 2010!
2010 started off with Jackie Henderson competing in Ireland on the Canadian University Team. Jackie did very well finishing 11th out of 45 riders from 15 countries! The Canadian Team finished 6th overall, CONGRATULATIONS to Jackie, Jaclyn Duff and Paige Thomas!
Fall and Winter 2009
The year was not only busy with horse shows but also included expansions and updates at the farm. The extension of the parking lot is greatly appreciated by all during lesson times and the ponies and horses are enjoying their new paddocks.
The month of December included two clinics at Henderson Farm with Jeff Rundle.
Many riders at Henderson Farm are continuing with their 2009 partners in 2010. Some new pony and horse rider combinations are planned for 2010 however.
Kendall Durst is heading to the Younger Adult Amateur Hunters with her new horse O'Reilly.
Hanna Licskai will be showing her new Medium Pony Lily.
Claire Fleming will be showing her new Large Pony Jovalle.
Rachael Cullen is working diligently with Cottonball (Donkey), owned by Henderson Farm, helping him learn the basics and what jumping is all about!
Vanessa French is now the owner of Hip Hop and will continue to show him in 2010.
Hannah Minnie has purchased her 2009 mount, Windchime, and will continue to show Windy in the Small Pony Hunters in 2010.
Morgan O'Neil and her pony Goldie Locks have joined Henderson Farm and hope to show in the Medium Pony Hunters in 2010.
